Stop Smoking

Research shows you are 3 times more likely to quit and stay quit with support. Quit your way today.

Why stop smoking?

If you stop smoking, it will reduce your risk of serious illnesses such as heart disease or cancer. It will improve your breathing, appearance of your skin and teeth and save you some money. When you stop, it will also protect the health of those closest to you.

Although stopping smoking is not easy, there’s loads of free support near you. We’re here to support you every step of the way, with 1-1 support, drop-in sessions, Nicotine Replacement Therapy and e-cigarettes. We can also support you to quit other types of tobacco, e.g. roll-ups, chewing tobacco, pipes and shisha. Read more about other types of tobacco.

Swap to Stop

We have partnered with the Department of Health and Social Care Office of Health Improvement for the ‘Swap to Stop’ scheme. If you want to stop smoking, you can be given a free 8-week vape (e-cigarette) starter kit to help you swap to stop. Fill in the form below or call 0800 068 7123 to get your free starter kit.
